By clicking Submit,  I agree, as a consideration for the acceptance of my participation in leagues conducted by Oasis Volleyball to absolve and hold harmless Oasis Volleyball, Headliner Nightclub, Oasis Volleyball Commissioners, Referees, and employees of The Headliner Nightclub and any others involved that I, and all parties on my behalf, agree that we will not sue Oasis Volleyball League or event. I assume full responsibility for any risk occurring from my participation. I assert that I have no physical condition that would preclude my participation. I understand that participation in Oasis Volleyball League or event construes my acceptance to the risks inherent in such activities including bodily injury, death, property damage and any and all other risks.
